Mowing
The Mowing tab is used for recording data about fertilization in the selected cycle.
| Production Cycle |
You select active production from drop-down menu. Production cycle has to be inserted through Crop production|Production Cycles. |
| Task Date |
You insert a date of task. You can either insert in manually or choose it from drop-down calendar. |
| Task |
You choose a task that was preformed. Tasks have to be first inserted into Items.

Two things are important for tasks in Items:
1. Item Type has to be set at 911
2. Task has to be marked as Base for Salary Calculation

| Workers |
In drop-down menu you will find a list of workers that have been inserted into Settings|Agricultural Holding|Household. System will automatically assign inserted working hours for FADN report. Hours can be added directly to an individual worker. |
| Hours Avg. |
You insert an average number of preformed hours. This nubmer will be RECORDED to each worker. |
| Hours Total |
You insert an average number of preformed hours. This nubmer will be DIVIDED to all workers (average per worker). |
| Subdivisions |
From drop-down menu you choose subdivision that had been previouslay appointed to production cycle. Subdivision are appointed at Crop Production|Production Cycles. |
| Used Materials |
In this field you open a new menu, where you can choose more than one material. Before choosing, material has to be inserted into Items. |
| Tools |
In this drop-down menu, you can choose fixed assets used in working process. You can choose more than one. If you want to use fixed asset, it has to be inserted into Fixed Assets, where it has to be marked as Equipment. |
| WO No. |
At every entry there is a WO number assigned. At double click on this field, you can open Simple Manufacturing. |
Workers
When user clicks on Workers, a drop-down will show up. In here, user selects workrs that were doing specific task and write hours done for individual worker. If he does't wish to insert hours for individual worker, he can allocate Hours Avg. or Hours total to all selected workers later.

ID of the worker (usually last and first name). |
| Hours |
Number of hours per worker. If user doesn't know hours for individual worker, he canleave this fileds blank and fill Hours Avg. or Hours total. Hour will be recalculated to individual worker. |
Used Materials
| Item |
From drop-down menu you choose material that has been used in working process. You can choose more tha one. If you want to see the right material, you have to first insert it into Items. |
| Item name |
Detailed information about specific item. Field is automatically filled when you choose an item. Otherwise you can also serach by item name. |
| Issuing Warehouse |
Warehouse from which material is issued. |
| Quantity |
Quanitiy of used material. |
| U/M |
Unit of used material. |
| Own. Prod. |
If you are using material from own production (home manure, home produced seeds...) you mark this field. It is important for creation of FADN reports. |
