The following functions are available from the taskbar in financial reports:

New record
|
We use it to add new template for financial report. This report based on (calculated from) data from accounts. |

Clone record
|
We use it to clone existing financial report. |
| Templates
|
Opens the menu Templates Menu. |
| Wizards
|
Select the following from the wizards menu:
- The Copy Lines function which enables us to copy financial report lines from the existing form to the currently selected one.
- 100001B - The Insert Line function which enables us to insert lines in financial reports, at the same time renumbering them.
- 100001E - The Delete (inserted) Line enables us to delete inserted lines and at the same time renumbering them.
- 100001J - Check all formulas in financial report if there is a mistake witch could prevent the calculation of the report.
- 1000067 - Copy lines from active plan .
- 1000077 - Copy lines between chart of accoutns.

By clicking it you open the panel for entering data required for displaying a financial report. You can display financial reports from templates marked as active or inactive.
The same function as in selecting the ID in the Financials - Reports - Financial Reports where only active financial report templates are listed in the menu!

To use this function the user must be assigned authorizations for displaying financial reports!
