Import Journal Entry from Excel File
The function is for import entries prepared by the structure of Excel. Import Journal Entry from Excel File can be found under Import/Export Data button.

This option marked will enable to add the missing entries in registers (subjects, chart of accounts, cost holders) at data transfer.

Excel file should contain following columns in the written order:
- številka temeljnice (če želite uvoziti podatke na točno določeno temeljnico)
- datum obdobja temeljnice (če želite uvoziti podatke na točno določeno temeljnico)
- konto
- subjekt
- debet
- kredit
- dokument
- vezni dokument
- datum dokumenta
- datum zapadlosti
- valuta
- tečaj
- oddelek
- stroškovni nosilec
- opomba
- protikonto
- datum DDV
- tuj dokument
Uporabite lahko predlogo ali si ogledate primer na vzorčni datoteki.

Če želite uvoziti podatke na temeljnico, na kateri se nahajate, v datoteki naj ne bo stolpcev številka temeljnice in datum obdobja temeljnice.
