If a VAT account has not been entered in the VAT Accounts tab of the Account Settings in the Document Types register, the journal entry will not be created when posts are transferred. |
If this message appears, it means that the journal entry for transferring the posts from the temporary VAT accounts to regular VAT accounts was not created. The message also states the reason why the journal entry was not created. This way, it is easy to fix documents or enter missing information.
Click the Enter VAT Account option to open the Document Types register to the VAT Accounts tab in the Account Settings.
Solution:
Open the Document Types register and enter the missing VAT account in the VAT Account tab of the Account Settings.
