Plan - General
Within Plan user interface (UI), a selection of Fields and assigning Crop to selected field with corresponding crops areas is enabled. It is possible to create Work order from Plan. A Plan form: - is managed with Expert models system (without creating Expert models, no plan could be done); - is a base for decision whether planned combination of assigned Crop to Crop area is going to be transformed into Work order or not.
Within Plan UI a selection of Fields and assigning Crop to selected field is enabled.

DEVELOPMENT NOTE: In further development: - plan UI will be improved as a basic form for Fertilization plan - plan UI will be linked to Ad-hoc analytics in order to predict and estimate production costs in advance
If this is set you should see selected field with appropriate Crop areas within Plan.
After you should be able to process drag-drop of CROP to Crop area ( drop it directly on green CA box, not at grey/coloured base).
- Connection to CROPs&VEGs/Expert model
To enable drag and drop an expert model, version needs to be entered, at least one/first version. If expert model version record is empty, you can not drag-drop it.

PLAN FORM
Plan mask is divided into five parts:
1. Navigator,
2. General Plan information,
3. Visual/gantt display of Fields and Crops,
4. Plan orders tables,
5. Selection tabs for Fields and CROP with created Planned CROP part list

1. Navigator
By opening plan mask all entered Plans are seen. By searching with navigator a selection of individual plan could be done.
2. General Plan information
Basic information about Plan duration and Plan order are defined.

3. visual/gannt display of Fields and CROPS
tab CAs (Crop areas) represents Fields (with Crop areas display) and meanwhile Crop display.
FIELDS DISPLAY
By adding fields to your plan (within right located tab Fields) each field is displayed on gannt. Field name is marked left (vertical name) and within each field all determined crop areas (horizontal) are shown. Duration od each crop area depends on it settings within Agriculture holding/ Fields.

Display Notes:
- Default timeline display is quartal, it could be zoomed to monthly, weekly, daily display by up-down mouse scroll;
- Vertical orange line presents today date;
- Max./min. number of fields to display could be controlled by right-bottom scroll tool;
- Selection of fields to display could be set by mouse right-click by a Resources layout editor.

CROP DISPLAY
By adding CROP to your plan (within right selection tables Crops) a possibility to assign CROP to CA is presented. CROP is marked as a new colored box and located within CA duration according to selected start/ end CROP dates.

CROP box: by focus on CROP box a display of CA _ID to which CROP is assigned is displayed.

4. Plan order tab
Within Plan order all information about CROP assigned to CA are displayed.

All previous determined sequential tasks are displayed with related data about Scheduled Start and End Date. Also previous determined resources (self-propelled, attachment, worker, and fuel and material). ( improvement in further development, stated June 2017)

b) Selecting start date for CROP
Date to select:
- after drag-drop process start date with 1st day of Quarter is displayed automatically; an end date is calculated according to the duration of expert model version in days from selected start date (from first task to last task);
- selecting Expert model date start date is selected From Expert model version, End date is calculated according to the duration of expert model version in days from start date of exert model version.

CROP
Manually adding of CROPs. Every Expert model, which has determined secondary category as a plant species within Item, it is shown under selected CROP. From this table a drag- drop of CROP to CA is possible.

By drag-drop of CROP/expert model to CA a new window displays for process of assigning CROP to CA.
- by dropping CROP to selected quarter a Selected date is set as the 1st day of selected quarter and all sequential tasks are displayed according to defined task ( duration) of individual expert model version 1.

- by selecting Expert model version a Date to select changes to From expert model and Start date is automatically displays as it is set within expert model version; a selection of individual year is possible; End date is automatically calculated as it is set within expert model version+ 1 day.
- in further development Weather and Production history for selected Ca will be integrated as additional tabs.

FIELDS
Manually adding of Fields. For each field a Field name and Area is entered automatically. Saving the field record, it is displayed on left side gantt automatically with corresponding Crop area.

For display of CA on the selected field a Valid from-Valid to attributes should be set within Agriculture holding/Fields.

PLANNED CROP (Planned CROP part list)
Automatically displayed created part list for CROP on assigned CA. (For each CROP, which was accepted through process of assigning CROP to CA a part list is created and CROP is shown on a gantt).

CONNECTION OF PLANNED ORDER WITH WORK ORDERS - CREATING WORK ORDER
To transfer selected CROP planned order into work order a process of creating work order should be applied. Click on wizard and select Create WO.

By selecting Create WO a new window for Creating WO from Plan displays.
From bottom table select a planned order (CROP/expert model version) which needs to be transformed into work order. A default document type for CROP production should be selected as a 60C.

Clicking on search button a Confirmation notification displays.

- in case of selecting NO a previous window displays with no changes.
- in case of selecting YES a process of creating WO starts and notification about successfully created work order displays. Now you are able to find this work order within menu Crops&Vegs/ Work orders.

If work order already exists a notes about work order number is displayed.

Work order, created from Plan posses status Planed automatically: currently only task information (duration) and Resource selection (if individual resource was selected) is display: (in further development all calculations about plan yield, total and calculations regards date/time scheduling are going to be fixed. Marked field which need to be up-date, June 2017).
