How to Create Work order

WO has 4 main tabs visible in the center of User Interface (UI):
- Map: shows Fields, their position and shape
- Data: data about tasks with belonging resourves and material
- Analytics (still in developement)
- Documents: here it is possible to view documents (bookkeeping of material and tasks within WO) after the task is executed.
There are two ways how to create Work order (WO):
1. From the Plan
2. Manual creating of Work order from the blank
1. Creating WO From the Plan
Within Plan it is possible to set all data important for WO. In fact, when we plan, we create Plans which should be turned into WO`s.

On WO we can in any case add, delete, edit whatever we want: tasks, resources, ... Procedure is exactly the same as in Planning and Expert models creating.

Implements and Material can be added only on 2. level of Self-propeled and Workers, while workers can be added also on 1. level of Workers tab. Basically, Implements and Material on 1. level are used only for viewing.

When we are adding Self-propelled machines, Implement and Workers, Farming alerts user if Recource is already added.
Content of alert window is Kakšno opozorelated to settings on Administration Panel - Farming - Agronomy - Crop&Vegetables. If we have unchecked following options:
following alerts are shown:
a) when adding already added recource:
The same alert window is shown also for other recources, but not with "Self-Propelled" but "Implements" or "Worker".
b) when adding EM to Crop area which us already in use we got following alert window:
... the same is with recources, if we add a resource which is at selected time frame already in use (occupied) on other WO or within the same WO but on other Task following alert window is shown:
When 
button is clicked helo opens in browser. When 
button is clicked the operation is cancelled..
If following options are checked
following alert windows are shown:
a) if resource is added which is already occupied in the same time frame (on other WO or in the same WO but on other Task) following alert window is shown:
Click 
button and chosen resource is added:
Additional Note we get when if the CA is chosen in time framer when it is already occupied:
2. Creating WO regarding EM
Farmer can create WO without planning process. There are two options:
a) WO creating from EM
b) WO creating from the blank
a) WO creating from EM
Clicking on 
button, new document (new UI) opens, Following data should be entered:
- Product name - Item, from which we want to create new EM
- EM version, more specified version of EM for creating new EM
- CA on which WO is performed
When these data are added 
button should be clicked.
Other optional fields are:
- Crop Area Size
- Plan/ha
- Plan Total
- Plan Start date and Plan end date
These data are added automatically regarding chosen EM and chosen production area (CA).
When WO is created from EM, just as with any other WO, it is possible to delete, modify and add tasks and resources from tasks, as it is wanted.
b) WO creating from the blank
Farming enables WO creating completely form the start manually.
Clicking the 
icon new document (new UI) opens. Following data is necessary to be added:
- Product/Item
- CA name
- plan/ha
After clicking on 
icon, these data are saved within newly created WO as follows:
After that we can change and further add data within upper part of WO UI.
Also under that part is a table for adding tasks which can be added manually.
Following data is necessary:
- Task
- Time/ha
- Schedueled Start
Other data are calculated automatically from entered data, as seen in example below:
After particular Task is created we can add to the task resources visible in tabs below by drag&dropping resources on the right side of UI
TAB DOCUMENTS
This is a tab where data are entered automatically after certain task is executed. It is a list of executed tasks and spent resources for the WO. More on how to execute Tasks is on help for Task Input.
Tips&Tricks
Like in Plan, for WO is also functional floating tab function fro Map tab and for Ganntu below.
