Importing files into Documentation

Mass import of files into documentation can be accessed from Documentation Import / Export Wizard.

Documents Upload dialog-form is opened.

In the tab Files, all hard linked files from the complete program are displayed:

By pressing Upload button all the files are uploaded to Documentation and records are deleted from tables that store the hard links.
Only the records for the files that can ba accessed and uploaded are deleted.

Note:
Make sure fiels can ba accessed from the computer where the upload is started.
Imported files are linked to documents and availible on all the forms where hard links can be added.

In the tab Import, files form specified folder and all sub folders are loaded:

Program reads from .meta files and links the files with same prefix as .meta file to existing documents in database.

Hint: Export files from Mnemo

Users using Mnemo can easily export documents 

Choose  on any form and export all documents to desired folder.

Rith-click on Acrive Folders and select Export
