Import Europass
In a taskbar of Applicants panel through the import function, 
we can import applicants CV witch is created in xml format through Europass. 
Firs we need to save the CV on your computer and we click on Import Europass to open a file selection window where we select the appropriate xml to import and click on the Open button.
Cv of the applicant is then imported in Applicants and the program displays a notification which we confirm.
In case we import xml for an applicant, which we already have it, the program, a notification will display that the applicant is already in the base and it ask us a question if we would like to proceed. We can confirm it or cancel it.

When importing data, applicants data will be recorded in the Personal data panel in the following fields:
Name, Last Name, Address, Postal Code, Place, Country, Phone, Mobile, E-Mail, Birth and Citizenship.
We can import only xml files that ware created through Europass, which we can access through the following link:
