Uvoz lokalnih datoteka

Forma za uvoz lokalnih datoteka dostupna je na formi Dokumentacije. Odaberite dugme za Uvoz/izvoz -  pa odaberite Uvezi lokalne datoteke.

First, on the Document types tab on Documetation Wizard in Administration Panel we can link the document types with the corresponding classifications. E.g. Invoices received that are linked to local folders in Documet type 120 (Documents tab) are here linked to the appropriate classification. Upon transfer to the DMS, these documents will be equipped with the classification entered here and stored in the storage designated for this classification in the classification plan. We should setup appropriate classification for all Documet types that have links to files on local disks.

When we opened the window for Import Local Files it display documents linked to local or shared disks. With the Upload button the documents are imported to Pantheon DMS. After importing, the Documents are available both in the DMS and the eDocuments tab, which is located in the same location as the Documents tab, where the document links were located. After successful import the process just delete the links in Pantheon to Local Files and don't delete files on Local Disk.
