Images can be inserted in some windows.

PANTHEON supports the following image formats:   .bmp  (windows bitmap)   .jpg    (jpeg)   .wmf  (windows meta file)

1. Company Logo

An image of the company logo can be inserted in Administration Panel | Settings | Program Parameters | Company | Document Texts Logo box, and used on invoices, orders, etc. 

The image should have the proportions 2.24 (width) to 1.26 (height). Valid image sizes would therefore be:

• 224 x 126
• 448 x 252, or
• 896 x 504 pixels

The larger the image, the better the quality. But it is recommended not to exceed the width of 500 pixels, as the image would take a long time to load and print.

Resize and crop your image using a corresponding image editing tool to fit the mentioned proportions. If the image is not in one of the listed formats, reports will not display your logo.

2. Item Image

Item images can be inserted into the Items register, that are shown on reports or in the online store.

3. Employee Photo

Pictures of employees, sized 35 mm (width) by 45 mm (height) can be inserted into the Employee Files.

4. Inserting an Image

Image files can be copied and pasted directly into the provided box (using to copy and to paste).

Alternatively, double-click the image box and a dialog window appears to select an image.

Find the desired image, select it and click Open.

The selected image is inserted into the provided box.
