Treatment

In this tab, you enter all relevant data from the medical examination of the animal. The appearance of this tab depends on the treatment type. If individual treatment is selected, then a list of animals is shown on top of the tab.

We will go through:

Tab Treatment:

Here you enter data for individual animals.

2. Group Treatment Appearance

Here you enter data for all selected animals.

3. Functions 

The following functions are available:

• Save – saves the changed data in this tab.
• Cancel – cancels all changes made since the last save.
• Delete – deletes data from this tab for selected animals.
• Adding Medical History – adds predefined texts from the medical history register. If the note field is empty, then the description is transferred.
• Adding Diagnosis – adds predefined texts from the diagnosis register. If the note field is empty, then the description is transferred.
• Adding guidelines – adds predefined texts from the guidelines register. If the note field is empty, then the description is transferred.
• Adding withdrawal– adds predefined texts from the withdrawal notification register. If the note field is empty, then the description is transferred.

4. Data

Medical History	Select or enter the text for medical history.
Status Praesens
Temperature	Enter animal temperature during examination.
Pulse	Enter animal pulse during examination.
Breathing	Enter animal breathing during examination.
Weight	Enter animal weight during examination.
Note	Enter additional observations concerning the status of the animal during the examination.
Diagnosis	Select or enter text for diagnosis.
Withdrawal Period Is visible if it is defined on animal Category or if on Equines is not defined that it isn't for food It can be automatically entered from Item's Withdrawal Period tab
Milk days	Enter days of milk withdrawal period.
Milk date	Calculated from date of treatment + days of the withdrawal period for milk.
Meat days	Enter days of meat withdrawal period.
Meat date	Calculated from date of treatment + days of withdrawal period for meat.
Organ days	Enter days of organ withdrawal period.
Organ date	Calculated from date of treatment + days of withdrawal period for organs.
Note	Enter note for waiting period.
Guidelines	Select or enter text for guidelines.
