Command line in Transfer

 

In the right of the command line in Transfers, there are first only 2 buttons: Save and Print (inactive).

If you open an existing transfer from the transfer list, another 3 buttons appear in the command line: New, Delete and X (Cancel).

On the left, you can also find a shortcut to the Transfer List panel.

Transfer list

Shortcut to the transfer list with existing transfers.

New

Adds a new transfer document.

Delete

Deletes the selected entry.

Print

Saves and prints the document. Depending on your authorizations, you can choose between different reports.

HINT

You can find more information about report settings and creating custom user reports in PANTHEON Web Light in the chapter on Reports.

Save

Saves the document; this button has 3 levels: 

  • Save and new – the document is saved and at the same time, the program opens a new document.
  • Save and print – the document is saved and printed out.
  • Save and close – the document is printed out and the form for entering data is closed. 

X

The X button returns you to the document list.
