Description of Tecta warehouses

 

This chapter presents 12 Tecta warehouses that are used in PANTHEON an enable a better overview of the business.

HINT
  1. The settings for the warehouses can be changed in the Subjects register.
  2. For a detailed presentation of working with warehouses, see the chapter Description of materials and goods movements at Tecta.

 

Tecta uses the following warehouses:

Warehouse name

Short description

 Stock tracking method

Customs Warehouse

Used for non-EU goods on which import duties or other charges have not yet been paid.

Materials Warehouse

Used for goods that serve as materials in the production process of Tecta's own products.

 Average purchase prices

Warehouse BAR

Used for goods sold to end customers at Tecta in-house bar.

 Average purchase prices

Warehouse WO

Used for manufacturing or service work orders.

 Fixed prices

Warehouse Retail

Used for goods sold at Tecta physical store in Ljubljana to end customers.

Average purchase prices

Allow negative stock

Scrap Warehouse

used for the storage of goods scrap.

 Average purchase prices

Cost Account

Used for services or items for which stock tracking is not possible.

 No stock tracking

Semi-finished Warehouse

Used for semi-finished products in the manufacturing process of Tecta own products.

 Average purchase prices

Repair Warehouse

Used for goods taken in for repair.

 Average purchase prices

Warehouse Claim

Used for goods returned for claims.

 No calculation

Warehouse Wholesale

Used for goods sold at wholesale to legal entities.

 Average purchase prices

Excise Warehouse

Used for excisable goods for the purpose of suspension of excise duty.

Fixed assets WH Used for receiving fixed assets and small tools items. /
