Sales orders

 

A sales order is an act (a business event) that takes place when a domestic or foreign customer orders goods or services from a supplier of goods or services.

This chapter describes the Tecta customer ordering process and give examples creating a sales order to creating a report of sales orders.

Creating a sales order

This chapter shows an example of how to create a new sales order in PANTHEON. The example illustrates the entire process from receiving the sales order from the customer to saving of the order in the eDocumentation.
Picking list This chapter shows an example of how to use the picking list in PANTHEON. The process includes a controlled release of goods from the warehouse based on the orders received from customers.

Sales order reports

Sales order reports provide an overview of the current status of orders. This chapter shows how to make a sales order report using Tecta as an example.
