First use of PANTHEON Granules
The last step in the process from activating PANTHEON Granules to their first use is to start using PANTHEON Granules.

CASE SUMMARY
The person responsible at Tecta has activated and assigned the new PANTHEON Granules to the users via the interface on the PANTHEON UserSite. Before first use, the person responsible refreshes PANTHEON Granules and assists the user with the first login.
This is done as follows:
- Refreshing PANTHEON Granules/licenses
- Logging in to a PANTHEON Granule

1. Refreshing PANTHEON Granules/licenses
As a final step before using PANTHEON Granules, the assigned PANTHEON Granules need to be refreshed in the PANTHEON Web license.
The administrator logs in to PANTHEON Web.
The administrator selects the module Settings | Users.
The list of users opens.
To refresh the data on activated Granules, the administrator clicks the button Refresh granules/licenses button.
The assigned PANTHEON Granules are displayed in the column Granules.
The person responsible checks that the relevant PANTHEON Granules have been assigned to the relevant users.

For the Granule B2B orders to work correctly, the user assigned needs to be defined as a Subject in the menu Settings | Users.

By clicking the button Order granules, the person responsible can quickly access the PANTHEON Granules activation/assignment form on the PANTHEON UserSite.

The users can now start using PANTHEON Granules.
2. Logging in to a PANTHEON Granule
The PANTHEON Granule user opens PANTHEON Web in the Google Chrome web browser.
The user enters the user name, password and company name provided by the administrator.
The PANTHEON Web interface opens.
The PANTHEON Granules assigned to the logged-in user, in this case Wallace Wholesale, are visible in the interface: Travel orders, Documents and Tasks and Dashboard.
The user can now start using the assigned PANTHEON Granules.
