Access Help directly from PANTHEON. Click 041237.jpg help button to open it.

 

 

Help Opens Help for the currently selected form (report, register, etc) and allows you to access notes, plan and other related information.

Double-click 041237.jpg help icon in taskbar to do the same.

Set location of Help file in Program Parameters | General.
What's New? Clicking it opens a website listing all changes, improvements that were made and errors removed from the new build.
Known Bugs Clicking it opens a website listing all reported unsolved errors that can occur in this build and form.
Video Tutorials Displays all video materials related to this topic.
Examples Clicking it lists all examples included in the Help file and linked to the form.
Forums Clicking it opens a forum website, where you can view user Q&A topics related to the currently selected form.
HelpDesk Connects you to Datalab UserSite where you can then submit a query to your support, view answers to your queries and view query history (see submitting support queries).
Remote Support Allows remote support - that is, your support provider can view and check user desktop via the Internet.
Internal Regulations Access internal company regulations.

Set URL address for internal regulations in Program Parameters | Internet.
