Description of Tecta calendars
Companies have one main calendar defined in PANTHEON - the company calendar. Companies can create calendars for individual departments, for a specific position, or for an individual employee.
In this chapter, a structure and a description of the Tecta calendars are presented.
The Tecta company has a Main calendar entered in PANTHEON, on which the company has national holidays entered. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The departments that take over the main calendar are:
- Management
- Administration
- Finance and accounting
- Logistics
- Marketing
- Personnel
- Purchasing
- Warehouse and
- Sales
The person responsible using the functionality Copy Working Hours can transfer the working hours of the company to the above-mentioned departments.
The Production department has its own calendar entered. Production works from Monday to Friday in three shifts (24/7): from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
The production line that takes over the production calendar consists of the following operations:
- Tailoring
- Ironing
- Packing
- Cutting
- Sewing.
The Service department operates only on Tuesdays, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. It has its own calendar entered in PANTHEON.
Tecta's Bar operates on Fridays, in two shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
