Documentation
In Documents panel there are two sections:
- Files in Documentation module
- Local Files
- Subject Documents
Files in Documentation module panel allows us to attach documents to an item. Attached documents are then vissible in documentation module.
Use "Import/Export Data" button - 
and select "Import Documents" to open a scanning form where documents can be scanned or added from a disk. Documents are grouped by classifiction.
Local Files panel allows us to insert a shortcut to any document that we have stored. Before that we can also select certain parameters that describe the document itself.
Insert the document into position by double-clicking or by right mouse-clicking and function Add.
Once the document is selected, we can open it with a double click, or by right mouse-clicking there are options for opening the document, change the document and set different file or Clear option for removing the file.
Double-click on the document type, opens the Types of Documents.
Subjects Documents panel displays information about all other linked documents for currently selected Subject.
