Re-login after issuing document

 

This chapter will describe the re-login functionality after a POSX document has been issued.

HINT

Re-login after issuing the document is an option that enables the system to automatically log out the logged-in user every time an account is issued. This functionality enables us to track the accounts from which employee orders were taken or invoices were issued.

 

Case summary

Carla Cafe wants a re-login window to be displayed in the program when issuing a POSX issue document. For this reason the responsible person follows these steps: 

  1. POS document type setting
  2. Review changes

1. POS document type setting

In order to set the setting for re-login after issuing document in POSX issue document the person responsible selects Settings | Program | Document Types in the main menu.

The Document types register window opens.

The person responsible select the checkbox After order or issuing document show login and save the changes by clicking the  button in the toolbar.

WARNING

Changes to the settings must be saved so that they are reflected immediately.

 

2. Review changes
 

 

Next, the responsible person wants to check the settings by opening the POS issue document and entering a new invoice.
After issuing the account, a re-login window appears immediately.
