Servicing WO Details
The form Service Work Order is used to view the material, tools, and work operation lines on a service work order.
The form shows the general service WO information, i.e. the WO number and the related item (service operation).
The form is divided into three tabs: Issued material, Tools, and Operations. The tabs display material cards, tool cards, and operation cards, with general information about them.
To open the form, select Service orders from the main menu and click one of the service WO cards.

1. Toolbar
The toolbar on the form Service Work Orders shows the following tabs and buttons:

Servicing WO
|
Clicking this tab opens the form Service WO list.
|
|
Issued materials
|
Clicking this tab opens the form materials for the selected service WO. The form shows details of the material requirements for the service WO.
|
|
Tools
|
Clicking this tab opens the form Tools for the selected service WO. The form shows details of the tool’s requirements for the service WO.
|
|
Operations
|
Clicking this tab opens the form Operations for the selected service WO. The form shows details of the work operations for the service WO.

2. Header
The header of the form shows the service WO Number, related Item, and Location of the service.

Number
|
Number of the service WO that is made up of the year of creation of the service WO, the WO document type, and the consecutive number of the service WO.

Item
|
The ID of the item (compound service) from the Items register.
|
|
Location
|
Address of compound service provision.
|
3. Cards
The middle part of the form shows the cards with specific service WO details. Which cards are displayed depends on the tab selected in the form toolbar:
- Issued material – Shows material cards with general information on the service WO material lines. For more information on the material cards, see the chapter Issued Materials.
- Tools – Shows tool cards with general information on the service WO tool lines. For more information on the tool cards, see the chapter Tools.
- Operations – Shows operation cards with general information on the service WO work operation lines and which employee is working on the operation. For more information on work operation cards, see the chapter Operations.
4. Buttons
The left bottom part of the form shows the two buttons. The Back and the Add button.
