Human resources and payroll Tecta


Module Human Resources includes human resources records, tracking of data from the workbook, data on family members, training records and staff evaluations.
A separate section is dedicated to information on the employee's salary, information on the employee's enrolment in voluntary supplementary pension insurance and compulsory supplementary pension insurance, information on the payment of premiums, trade union membership and dues, and the employee's working hours, which is subsequently used everywhere in the programme.
For recruitment purposes, there is a module that allows you to monitor job vacancies. Candidates apply for these vacancies and may remain in our database as job seekers for further vacancies in accordance with the GDPR. Based on the interviews, we carry out an assessment and select a suitable candidate. This data is then easily transferred to the personnel folder.
Employment process |
This chapter introduces the recruitment process. The module is designed to facilitate the recruitment of new employees for advertised jobs An imaginary company has advertised a new vacancy in PANTHEON. A number of candidates have applied for the job and their details are kept by the responsible person in the candidates' register. The scheduling of interviews and the printout of the invitation to candidates are shown. |
Personal folders |
Companies keep records of their employees in personnel folders. Only one personnel folder is created per employee, and inside it is recorded information about the employee, the employment relationship, working hours, health, education, absence and leave records, etc.This chapter shows how to enter a new employee into a personnel folder, plan working hours and keep track of attendance records. |
Forms |
The module allows you to print and submit HR forms, such as the declaration of information for compulsory social security, pension and invalidity insurance, health insurance, parental care insurance and unemployment insurance. The eVEM portal is also accessed via this module. This chapter shows an example of a registration of a new employee in a fictitious company. |
Health and Safety at Work |
Module allows you to manage workers' health checks and inspections. It allows the completion of templates for reporting an occupational accident or form ER8, reporting a hazardous occurrence or reporting an occupational disease. An example of entering information on the medical examination of a worker is shown. |
Calendars |
Calendars are important for keeping track of staff attendance and absence. The module allows you to open the company's master calendar and plan the working time regime, at company, department and employee level. The module allows the display of a gantt chart where attendance and absences are monitored for all employees in the company. This section shows how to enter the absences of a worker in the calendar and how to calculate the leave.

Travel orders |
A travel voucher is a document that allows staff to monitor and prove their travel and the entitlement to reimbursement of expenses incurred. The module allows the creation of travel orders and printouts. An example of creating a new travel order for an employee in a fictitious company is shown. |
Payroll |
The basis for payroll is the employee's personnel file and job codes and other related codes. The module is intended for payroll calculation. This chapter contains an example of a basic payroll, the creation of a REC form and the printout of a pay slip. The following chapter presents examples of different payroll calculations for employees in a fictitious company. |
