Wizzard upon employee leaving

 

When an employee leaves the company, by clicking Wizzard in the Taskbar menu and selecting Wizzard upon employee leaving, the wizzard guides us through the necessary procedures  when the employee leaves.

1. Employee leaving

When entering the end date of employment for an employee and after clicking on Confirm button of IRIS 1006334, Wizard for managing open tasks upon employee leaving opens.

Employee leaving The name of the employee that is leaving the company.
Replacement The name of the person who is going to replace the leaving employee.

2. Notice about Credits 

Click on Report button generates a bank notice.

3. Assigned Assets

4. Change person on tasks

 

5. Copy Authorizations

6. Finish
