Report type

According to the criteria, the program offers multiple types of Owner and Animals list type.

• Animal Owner-> can be send by mail by clicking on 

  • ​ 6VK - Owner Report - General Information

• Animals - Basic data -> can be send by mail by clicking on 

  •  6VL - Animal Report -  General Information

• Animals - Detail data

  • ​6VM - Animal Report -  Detailed Information

• Shelter reports - tThe report will only be visible if we select the "Shelter" option in the Administration panel.

  • ​6YG - Arrival Document

• ​Dangerous dogs

  • ​6U4 - Dangerous dogs

• ​​​Animal report

  • ​6U5 - Animal report -passport and chip data

Owner

Check types of items you wish to include in the report. 

Last

The overview can be limited to an individual item.

First

Enter or select the name of the item, for which you wish to create the report. The fields ID and Name are linked. If you change one, the other will change as well.

Postal Area

The report can be limited according to the Postal Code.

Munic.

The report can be limited according to the Municipality.

Country

The report can be limited according to the Country.

Date Birth From - To

The report can be limited according to birth date of Owner

Entry date From - To

The report can be limited according to entry date of Owner

Only owners with animlas

If we tick this option we can print ou t ony owners with animals.

Sending Text Messages Enabled

If we select this option, we can print out only the owners who have given us permission to send them SMS.

Sending E-mails  Enabled

If we select this option, we can print out only the owners who have given us permission to send them e-mail.

Animal ID

The report can be limited according to the Animal ID

Name

The report can be limited according to the animal name

Animal Type

The report can be limited according to the Animal Type

Animal Categ

The report can be limited according to the Animal Category

Breed

The report can be limited according to the Animal Breed

Status

The report can be limited according to the Animal Status. You can choose between:

1- Alive

2- Dead

3 - inactive

Entry date From - To

The report can be limited according to entry date of Animal

Shepherd

If we check this option, we can print out only owners who have shepherd dogs.

Dangerous dog

If we check this option, we can print out only owners who have dangerous dogs.
