Chart of accounts translations
Pantheon allows us to import chart of accounts translations in different languages. We can use translation for example on the print out of trial balance.

Translations can manually enter in the chart of accounts. We reach translation menu from chart of account register by using wizard:
By clicking Chart of Account Translations new window opens.

Choose chart of accounts for which we want to add translations.

Language

Select a language for which we want to enter a translation. |

Account
|
Select the account for which we want to enter a translation.
|

Original Name
|
Depending on the choice of the account is displayed the name of the account.

Translation
|
Enter any translation of the chart of accounts. |
Import translation chart of accounts from Excel files
Chart of accounts can be imported from prepared Excel file. Chart of accounts translations import is available in the toolbar on the accounting plan under Import/Export Data:
Click on Import translations opens window Import chart of account translation from external file:
The firs row of excel file is for import data irrelevant. The data must be prepared in the following columns:
1. Language code,
2. Account (number),
3. Translation (of the account description).

Confirming this button Pantheon reads the contents of the file. |

If we want to import translations for all open chart of accounts in the program, put a check mark here. Otherwise imported only chart of accounts translations where we are. |

By clicking on the Import button we import accounts translations. |
