Evaluation
The Evaluation panel in the Personnel shows records of the employee evaluation.
Below is a description of the form’s features:
You can search evaluations by:

Period from
|
Select the start date of the evaluation period. By default, all employee evaluations are displayed.

Select the end date of the evaluation period. By default, all employee evaluations are displayed. |

In the header, you can see the following Evaluation data:

Name of the Superior/Evaluator.

Evaluation description.

Evaluation status:
- In progress – The status is added as soon as the evaluation starts.
- Evaluated – The evaluation is completed and ready for payroll calculation.

Evaluation points/percentage of rating. |
Shows a table with data on evaluation, which is described in the following fields:

Name
|
Name or title of the evaluation.

Grade
|
Grade received after the evaluation is completed.
|

Weight
|
Weight of the evaluation.

Note

ID (usually first and last name) of the evaluator. |

WARNING
Evaluation in PAW for now works only if the switch Add Up Points in the Pantheon program, in panel Personal Rating is not enabled.

On the right side of the panel, the list of employees and their evaluation status is displayed.

The list shows the individuals for whom we have authorization.
