Print invoice
  • ​Default report: default report is set which is printed out at finishing an invoice
  • Default printer: default printer is set for the printout (or saving) of the document. Default setting means that the invoice will be printed out (or saved) on printer which is set as default in Windows settings.
  • Print Preview: In case preview should be made for the invoice before printing (or saving it) the switch should be ON. If the switch is OFF then there will not be any print preview and the document will go directly on printer. If settings should be taken from the Reports settings for the chosen report then the switch sould be gray.
Print invoice - legal entity

Setting only appears if the switch is ON:

That means that in case in head of Invoice is not an end customer but VAT registered the invoice for this customers will differ from the one for end customers. In most cases it is an A4 report.

  • Default report: default report is set which is printed out at finishing an invoice
  • Default printer: default printer is set for the printout (or saving) of the document. Default setting means that the invoice will be printed out (or saved) on printer which is set as default in Windows settings.

  • Default printer: default printer is set for the printout (or saving) of the document. Default setting means that the invoice will be printed out (or saved) on printer which is set as default in Windows settings.
  • Print Preview: In case preview should be made for the invoice before printing (or saving it) the switch should be ON. If the switch is OFF then there will not be any print preview and the document will go directly on printer. If settings should be taken from the Reports settings for the chosen report then the switch sould be gray.
