Transfer in Payroll Preparation
To wizard Transfer in Payroll Preparation we access through taskbar’s pay slip preparation.
In the wizard for every employee individually, that has in the pay slip period active new position or is changing position, all earning types are written, which we have in the pay slip or are transferred from the previous pay slip or are newly added. Through this wizard, we can transfer these earning types to a new position, if in the current month it has replaced positon, the previous one is no longer active, or if the position has been replaced during the pay slip period to the new position of the existing earning types we also add to the new post: :

Pay Slip

A number of newly created pay slip on which we want to replace position for which we want to replace position or on new position add new existing earning types.

Number of days is written.

|
Number of hours from a selected Pay Slip is written.

Amount of the selected Pay Slip is written.

Index from a selected Pay Slip is written.

|
Previous position that we have it written in Salary Parameters is written.

Name of Old Position
|
Name of old previous position from a previous pay slip is written.

New Position
|
Previous position that we have it written in Salary Parameters and payroll pay slip is written. In the field we select new position, that is active or on which we want to transfer or add earning types.

Name of New Position
|
Name of old previous position from a previous pay slip is written.

Dept.
|
We select the department we want to add to the selected pay slip.

Cost Ctr.
|
We select the cost center we want to add to the selected pay slip.

Sel.
|
We checked for which earning types we want to change positon or add line with new position.

With pressing on the button we change earning types for a new position in the payroll for a selected pay slip in chase we changed new position in the field New Position.
