Window for Posting Cash Transactions

Journal entry creation Enter the parameters required for creating a journal entry.
All movements The sum of values of every receipt and disbursement, which match the criteria for selection of invoices for posting, are displayed.
Selecte movements The sum of all receipts and disbursements, which were selected for posting (having the S field), are displayed by the program
Linked document fill-in method Select the date, which is to be automatically filled in the Linked document field of the journal entry line:
  • Internal document - it displays the internal cash receipt ID
  • Linked document - it displays the linked document from the receipt/disbursement line. This option is suitable in automatic posting of cash receipt, which are created automatically by cash payment of invoice received (see Taskbar of Issue Document ). In such a case the ID of invoice received is filled in the linked document field and by automatic posting of cash receipt such invoice will be closed automatically.
  • Linked document 1 - it displays linked document 1 from the header of the receipt/disbursement
  • Linked document 2 - it displays linked document 2 from the header of the receipt/disbursement
ID Here is displayed the internal ID of receipt or disbursement.
Doc. type It displays the name of document type for receipt or disbursement.
Date It is the document date of entry.
Subject The subject name (recipient/payer) from the document.
Amount The amount from the document for posting
S If checked, individual document (with the help of the mouse or space bar) or all of the documents that are available (Select all button) will be posted.
P the field is selected if the document was posted.
Select All It selects all the documents from the list for posting
Posting By clicking this button you launch the creation of journal entry for posting.

The program notifies us when the posting is successfully completed  as well as which journal entry was created (see Posting successfully completed! Journal entry XXX). By clicking the 021560.jpg button it opens the journal entry.
