Import / Export Financial Report

By using Import / Export button   Financial reports can be import or export from Pantheon. There appear a window where we need to determine the Path to Financial Report. 

By clicking on the icon Import, Pantheon will import the desired financial report.

When importing the balance without marked option Overwrite, the program ask if we want to continue and set itself a new key for report (as in the transfer from web service).

Financial report can be exported from Pantheon.

Open desired template and choose Export Financial Report from Import/Export button . Program will offer Path to Export file. If on that path already exit file, it will be overwritten.

  In case of using more than one chart of account Pantheon will export template for first chart of account. When importing financial report settings it will be done for only one chart of accounts even if there are more chart of accounts.

In case we use more than one chart of accounts it would be better to use import and export of financial reports in Administration Panel (AP), where we can choose settings for desired chart of account.
