Date of Treatment |
| Status |
Select status of the Treatment. Each treatment can have as many statuses as you like. .
When entering a new order, the status with the lowest alphanumeric value is used by default

| Subject |
Here you define ID of animal owner. After selecting this field all other fields of the subject are filed. You can find owner by Subject, Name, Surname, Farm ID Vat Code. If you want to change owner when animal is inserted, program will raise error (see Subject can't be changed, because animals have been inserted treatment document!). |
| Number |
The unique number of the document: a two digit code for the year, a code for the type of document (identical to that found in the Document Types settings), and the six digit serial number of the document.
The number is generated automatically and cannot be changed. |
| Department |
Enter or select department. If department is defined on user is automatically assign on treatment document creation. |
| Responsible |
User who created document. It can't be changed. |
| Veterinary |
You can insert or select Veterinary who made treatment. When entering document is by default filled in this field responsible person . If you don't insert veterinarian and click to another tab, program will raise error (see Veterinary must be selected!) |
| Treatment type |
Here you can define type of treatment document:
- Single treatment - that means that you will enter data for each animal on treatment document - is selected by default
- Common treatment - you will enter data for all animals inserted on treatment document. When common treatment is selected tabs insemination and Vaccination are hidden.

Animal
If subject is not selected when you click on Animal grid program raise error (see Subject name must be specified!).

| Animal ID |
Enter or select Animal ID. Selection is filtered and is showing just animals from Owner that you enter. Searching for ID is not limited to beginning of ID but it is searching through whole word. After selecting Animal ID Fields Description, Animal type, Animal category and Breed are fulfilled. |

Enter or select animal description. Selection is filtered and is showing just animals from Owner that you enter. Searching for description is not limited to beginning of word but it is searching through whole word. After selecting animal description Fields Animal ID, Animal type, Animal category and Breed are fulfilled. |
