Referential Integrity

On a Referential Integrity Panel all referential integrity errors are displayed. With a click on a specific table all detail data about error is displayed. This panes has three buttons, Add Missing, Repair all Registers and Full Ref. Integrity.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The example below shows the situation with the problem of referential integrity where in table for Countries (tHE_SetCountry) is missing record for Currency (field acCurrency). The record for acCurrency is missing in table tHE_SetCurrency. Missing records can be added by clicking buttons: and or manually select other existance record or manually insert new record in table tHE_SetCurrency.

 

- missing record for the selected table is added. By clicking the button, confirmation message is displayed:

- missing records for all tables are added. By clicking the button, confirmation message box is displayed:

 

.

 

- referential integrity between all tables are established. By clicking the button, confirmation message box is displayed:

 

.

 

After all missing records are added, RI form must be without records:
