Individual Treatment Appearance
Here you can enter serial number for selected animal.
Group Treatment Appearance
Here you enter serial numbers for all animals, but you have to defined Serial numbers separately for each animal.

Animal List
When Needed Qty is bigger than 0 Line is painted red to alert user that he didn't assign serial numbers to all animals. Next data is shown:
- ID - Animal ID
- Name -> Animal name
- Needed Qty.-> Quantity of serial numbers needed to be assigned to animal.
Selected animal
Functions
- Delete – deletes selected Serial Number.
- Delete all – delete all Serial numbers from all animals.
Fields

Shows Item ID and Item name for which we are entering serial numbers.

Shows required quantity. It is the same that we entered in the line. |
| Issued Qty |
Shows how much we already issued. |
| Remaining Qty. |
Shows how much more we need to issue. |
Line Items
When you open window program fills all animals that are linked to the line. For individual treatments, there is only one animal.

Enter or select animal ID.

Enter or select animal name. |
| Serial No. |
Enter or select serial number. In the drop-down menu, all serial numbers are shown that are in stock for the selected item and have valid date later than the treatment date. |
| Qty. |
Enter quantity. If the quantity is larger than what is currently in stock, the program will display an error (see Stock may not fall below zero. Desired quantity: X available Quyntity: Y). |
| Valid date |
Valid date of the serial number.
