Salary Grades You can create salary grades valid for company using Salary Grades. Set salary grade in Employee Files for each employee. The data is used in payroll preparation. Salary Grade Enter a salary grade ID. It cannot exceed 6 characters. Let us say that you for example set the following salary grade ID: 010203. That is, 01 - represents salary grade, 02 - represents salary step, 03 - performance grade. Factor Enter factor of salary grade. In formulas you can reference this data with variable #Razred#! Note Enter a note to line of salary grade. Most often you just enter IDs belonging to the grade. Click it to generate a Salary Grade report.. You have to set Salary Grades before trying to enter in Employee Files! Sort data in the register by left-clicking any column title field (see Getting Started | PANTHEON Basics | Sorting Data).
