In a case when we conclude contract of employment after 12.04.2013 we are in accordance with the Article 39 of the ZUTD-A exempt from paying the employer's contribution for unemployment for two years if the employer concludes an employment contract with the employee for an indefinite period. In the case of concluding a fixed-term contract, you are obliged to pay a contribution in the amount of five times the amount of the contribution.

1. Parameters for calculating salaries: For the correct calculation of the employer's contribution for unemployment, it is necessary to select Article 39 of the ZUTD-A in the Contributions field. If he/she is employed after 12.04.2013, the user can select Article 39 of the ZUTD in the field of contributions and the appropriate part-time relationship in the field of employment for a definite or indefinite period of time.
