Select Quality of Production report in Manufacturing Analysis and click Report (or double-click the report) in order to display it. Report shows general information about work orders selected to set criteria .
The following data are displayed in the report header:

The date and time when a report was generated are displayed in the header.

ID and name of document type appear in the header.

Report name as set in Document Types settings - in this case Quality of Production - appears here. |
Data Contained in Work Orders:
Work Order
|
Displays an ID of work order. |
Item
|
Displays an ID of product in production. |
Item Name
|
Displays a name of item in production. |
Planned
|
Displays a planned product quantity (planned quantity). |
Produced
|
Displays a quantity of currently produced and delivered products.
|
% complete
|
Displays a quantity produced so far expressed in percentage from the planned one.
|
Scrap qty
|
Displays a quantity of currently produced and delivered scrap.
|
| Scrap %
|
Displays % of currently delivered quantity of scrap of total delivered quantity of item, scrap and waste. Calculation: 100*Scrap qty/(Produced+Scrap qty+Waste qty). |
Waste qty
|
Displays a quantity of currently produced and delivered products. |
Waste %
|
Displays % of currently delivered quantity of waste of total delivered quantity of item, scrap and waste. Calculation: 100*Waste qty/(Produced+Scrap qty+Waste qty). |
Status
|
Displays a work order status. |
Bottom Section Offering Summary Data:
Total

Displays a total number of work orders. |

Displays a total planned quantity for production. It would be sensible to observe the quantity only in case you selected similar products. |
(delivered)

Displays total produced quantity so far. It would be sensible to observe the quantity only in case you selected similar products. |
(% complete)

Displays an average percentage of the total currently produced quantity of total planned product quantity in all work orders. It would be sensible to observe the quantity only in case you selected similar products. |
(Scrap qty)

Displays a quantity of currently produced and delivered scrap.

Displays % of currently delivered quantity of scrap of total delivered quantity of item, scrap and waste. |
(Waste qty)

Displays total quantity of currently produced and delivered products.
