Users
In Settings | Users, you can find the Users register.
There is:
- an overview of all the users already in your database (below) and
- a toolbar with other Settings submenus and three shortcut buttons in the right corner of the toolbar:
- New user – add a new user to your database (opens a new page)
- Order granules – this opens a link to the User Site where you can order additional granules
- Refresh granules – After ordering new granules on the User Site, you need to refresh data in the application by clicking on Refresh granules. New granules are then visible in the Granules column.

List of users
The screen opens as a list of users with their data in columns. You can search users by their username, full name, or tax ID number. The list also enables sorting and filtering users in all the columns.
The footer shows the total number of users in the database.

A tick marks active users, a cross marks inactive users.

| Granules |
Granules in PA WL to which the user has access (e.g. Travel orders, Work records etc.).
