Completed work MF - Operation
Clicking on an operation card from the Work order form opens the Completed work form for reporting completed work on chosen operation. Here, you can report time used for the operation by resources, employees working on the operation, produced good and bad pieces, production scrap and waste etc.
The Completed work form can be divided into the following sections:
- Command line
- Header
- List of resource cards

1. Command line
The command line on the Completed work form shows the name of the form and two buttons:
| Confirmation |
Confirms entered data on completed work on the operation.
WO - Relieve inventory for service document will be created in linked documents in PANTHEON Work orders |
| X (Close) |
Closes the Completed work form and returns you to the Work order (MF) form. |
2. Header
The header of the Completed work form contains fields with vital information:

Number
|
Number of the WO you are reporting on. |
| Line |
Line number of the operation in the WO BOM. |
| Operation |
Name of the item, i.e. operation. |
| Date |
Date of issue. You can change it by entering a date using a keyboard or choosing it from the calendar. |
| Employee |
Select the name of the employee from the drop-down menu. You can only select an active employee.

3. List of resource cards
The list of resource cards contains all the resources connected with the operation. Every card contains information about a resource. Here, you can report completed work on each resource.
| Resource |
Displays an ID and a name of resource used in operation from manufacturing specification. |
| Start |
Enter the start date and time or select it from the calendar. You can select the time by clicking on (Select time) from the calendar. |
| Time used |
Enter production time. You can also see Remaining time, which represents the difference between the planned and used production time. |
| Good Pcs |
Enter the quantity of good pieces produced. |
| Repair |
Enter the quantity of pieces for repair. |
| Scrap Pcs |
Enter the quantity for scrap. |
| Finished |
If this toggle button is enabled, the line has already been issued. It automatically switches to enabled, i.e. Finished when the required quantity is issued. Depending on the settings of the issue, you can also enable it manually. |
