Employment process

The module Employment allows the human resources department to easily advertise vacancies, keep a record of job candidates and interviews and track all the related procedures right up to the final action of recruitment.

The employment process in PANTHEON consists of the following steps:

Process description:
- Vacancies: First, a job vacancy is created and published using the functionality in the menu Personnel | Employment | Vacancies.
- Applicants: The records of job candidates is kept in the Applicants register, where applicants' personal data and documentation, skills and data processing consent (GDPR) are entered. The records are created using the functionality in the menu Personnel | Employment | Applicants.
- Calendar: Using the functionalities in the menu Personnel | Employment | Calendar, you can schedule and view interview dates in PANTHEON.
- Reports: The functionality in the menu Personnel | Employment | Reports is used to send an interview invitation to applicants.
