Add link to Task
On the task we can link documents, contacts, employees, etc. User who will carry out the task, thus obtaining additional information and simplifying the task execution.
The form Add link to Task can be accessed from form Task, when we click on the button 
.

Link type

Select the link type from the drop-down list. There are:
- PANTHEON documents - add a link to the document (e.g.: 23-0100-000018);
- DMS Documents - add a link to the document from DMS (e.g.: 23-DMS0-000016);
- Subjects – add a link to the subjects from Subject code list;
- Contact - add a link to the contact from Subject code list;
- Employee - add a link to the employee from Personal map code list;
- Task - add a link to the task from To-Do list.

Doc. type
|
Select the document type from the drop-down list. If you choose link type PANTHEON documents, the following document types are available:
- Order
- Goods
- Work Odred
- Travel order
- Posting

If you choose any other link type, field document type is not available.

Document
|
Select document from the drop-down list.

WARNING
Document field is available only, if you choose Link type PANTHEON documents or DMS Documents.

Classification
|
Select classification from the drop-down list. If you click on the button  , the Search b[BBB1] y form is opened.

Classification field is available only, if you choose Link type DMS documents.

Subject
|
Select subject from the drop-down list. If you click on the button , the Search b[BBB2] y form is opened.

Subject field is available only, if you choose Link type Subject or Contact.

Contact
|
Select contact from the drop-down list. If you click on the button , the Search b[BBB3] y form is opened.

Select eployee person from the drop-down list. If you click on the button , the Search b[BBB4] y form is opened.

Select task person from the drop-down list. If you click on the button , the Search b[BBB5] y form is opened.
