Import received e-invoice to ePosting (ePost Import)

The eWorkflow enables you to import the received e-invoice in JSON format and create a PANTHEON document.

Part of this eWorkflow is the eWorkflow ePosting machine learning. The latter sends the imported data in JSON format back to the scanner. This allows the scanner to learn from its mistakes and the scanner to improve its recognition in the future, as shown in the image below.

The predefined eWorkflow is part of a set of eWorkflows that enable the operation of the ePosting system, as shown in the flow chart below.

This eWorkflow can be divided into two important steps:

1. Import received e-invoice to ePosting in PANTHEON – In this step, the key blocks are the Document to DMS and Import e-Invoice blocks.
2. ePosting machine learning – In this step, the key block is the Run workflow block.

For the eWorkflow to work properly, you first need to import it via PANTHEON Web Service and then define the basic eWorkflow settings.
