Import Journal Entry from Excel File

The function is for import entries prepared by the structure of Excel.
Import journal entry from Excel File can be found under Import/Export Data button.

Pantheon will check if prepared data match existing registers in program. |
Fill In Missing Registers on Transfer |
This option marked will enable to add the missing entries in registers (subjects, chart of accounts, cost holders) at data transfer.

Convert to foreign currency from local currency |
Converts to the currency entered in the file based on the entered exchange rate and currency |
Convert to local currency from foreign currency |
Converts to local currency from foreign currency entered in the file according to entered currency and exchange rate information |
Import only data without errors |
As long as this switch is on, the program will not import data with errors to the journal |
Excel file should contain following columns in the written order:
- Journal entry number (if we want to import data to exact number of journal)
- Period date for journal entry ((if we want to import data to exact number of journal)
- Account
- Subject
- Debit
- Credit
- Document
- Linked Document
- Document Date
- Value Date (Due Date)
- Currency
- Exchange Rate
- Department
- Cost Center
- Note
- Contra Account
- VAT Date
- External Document
- Status (can not be autofilled at transfer)
- Status name
- Value Debit (By default, the currency values are filled according to the exchange rate, if there is no value entered here)
- Value Credit (By default, the currency values are filled according to the exchange rate, if there is no value entered here)

WARNING
To import data to the journal in which we are located in the moment, we should skip columns journal entry number and date of journal entry.
