Adding Operation

The form New Operation is used to add an operation line to the Servicing WO. To open the form, click on one of the servicing WO cards. In the form click on the   button, and the New Operation form will appear.

Case summary Gary Service, a servis employee at Tecta Ltd., wants to add a new operation to a servicing WO. This involves selectiong the operation, specifying the time required, and adding any necessary tools. This is done as follows: Opening the New Operation form Entering operation details Confiming the operation

1. Opening the New Operation form

After logging in to PANTHEON Field Service Granule, he selects the desired Servicing Wo card and clicks on it.

, and Form Operations opens by default. In this form he click on the  button. 

This will open the New Operation form, ready for data entry.

2. Entering operation details

The New Operation form consist of several sections where he can enter the required details:

• Operation: He clicks on the Operation field to reveal a drop-down menu with operation items. He can select an operation item from the list or insert a new one in the empty field above the drop-down menu.
• Time: He enters the production time (Tpr) and set-up time (Tsu) required for the operation
• Tools: He specifies the tools needed for the operation by clicking on the Tools field to open a drop-down menu with tool items. He chooses a tool item from the list or inserts a new one in the empty field above the drop-down menu.

3. Confirming the operation

By clicking Add button he saves the entered data. 

This adds the new operation to the work BOM and return him to the Operations form with a refreshed list of operation cards.
