Position

Enter a 6-digit ID of position e.g. D010004 in the corresponding field and add number for name of position e.g. 1 so that you in the end have ID D0100041.The 6-digit ID of position will be displayed in Z370 and XML file. ISPAP is entered in <SifraDM>D010004</SifraDM>. On the other hand, ID of name (in this case 1) is entered in Z371 and XML. ISPAP is entered in line <SifraNaziv>1</SifraNaziv>.

Observe the list of functions, positions and names on the website of the Ministry of Public Administration.

Department

Enter or select a department where the position belongs. The default value filled in Employee Files | Position | Payroll can be changed at will.

Active

If checked, the position is active. It can be used in reports of positions as criteria.

Name 2

Enter name for position (maximum 100 characters long) from the list of functions, positions and names which can be observed on website of the Ministry of Public Administration. In payroll it is displayed in the Position name field by Z370.

Name 3

Enter name for position (maximum 100 characters long) from the list of functions, positions and names which can be observed on website of the Ministry of Public Administration. In payroll it is displayed in the Position name field by Z371.

Senior Position

To create company structure hierarchically, select a senior position of the currenly selected one.

(department of senior position)

Displays department of senior position. It cannot be changed.

Basic Trainee

Check it when basic trainee position is displayed in field Z580 in payroll. It is visible only using GE license.

Director

Check it when filling in field Z114 in payroll. If checked, it affects that the correct information is recorded to .xml file for ISPAP. As mentioned it is only visible in GE license.
