Katastarske parcele
Sada u programu imamo mogućnost unosa katastarskih parcela. U programu ih možemo naći ako odaberemo Podešavanja-Farma
Zašto smo odlučili da dodamo i katastraske parcele u program?
Kao prvo iz razloga jer u nekim zemljama ne postoji LIPS, tako da će te zemlje koristiti katastarske čestice u modulima usevi, vinogradarstvo i voćarstvo. Drugi razlog je taj da prilikom davanja ili uzimanje zemlje u najm, uzimate ili dajete određenu katastarsku česticu ne LPIS.
Kako modul funkcioniše?
Najpre je potrebno da popunimo podatke o Katastarskim parcelama.

We select country where this parcel is |
| Status |
We choose status of the parcel. We have this options:
- C- Common use
- L- Leased
- O- Owned
- R- Rented
- S- Sold

| Code of cadastral municipality |
If we have the Code of cadastral municipality in our country, than we choose this data, if we don't have, than we leave this field empty. |
| Cadastral municipality name |
This information is loaded automatically when we selected code of cadastral municipality. |
| Area(ha) |
We enter the surface of the parcel. |
| Rented Size (ha) |
We enter the surface, which we have given in rent. |
| Surface Leased |
This information is loaded automatically when we enter data in tab Rented to. |
| Leased size (ha) |
We enter the surface, which we have in leased. |
| Actual leased size (ha) |
This information is loaded automatically when we enter data in tab Leased from. |

If the parcel is not active any more, than we remove the checkmark. |
| Latitude/Longitude |
This is the coordinates that show as parcel on Map. If we have this data, if we don't have than we leave empty. |

Click on this button show parcel on map, if we have data about latitude/longitude. |
Tab Leased from/Leased to
This two tabs are not important from patch 10.00.320. For now we will leave in database, later we will move out.
In this tab we enter data if we have given parcel in rent.

We enter the date from when till when we have given parcel in rent. |
| Leased from/Leased To |
From drop down ,we choose the Subject, whom we have given parcel in leased or we are leased from |
| Share(%) |
We enter the share of rented land. If we enter first the area the information about Share is automatically calculated when we confirm the position. |

We enter the area of rented land. If we enter first the share the information about Area is automatically calculated when we confirm the position. |
| Price |
We enter the price of rented parcel. |
| Contract No. |
We enter number of contract. |
| Note |
We enter note if it is necessary. |
| Doc No. |
This the number of document that is created when we connected contract wit novice. |
Tab LPIS on parcel
In this tab we can connected parcels wit LPIS.

From drop down, we chose on which LPIS is this parcel. If we have LPIS in database. If we don't have than we leave this tab empty. |

We enter the size of LPIS on this parcel. |
| Share of LPIS (%) |
This is the share of parcel on LPIS It si calculated automatically. |
Tab Parcel owners
In this tab we enter owners of the parcels. The parcel can have more than one owner.

From drop down ,we choose the Subject. A person who owns a parcel. |

We enter the share of the parcel, for each owner. |
| Area (ha) |
We enter the area of the parcel, for each owner. |

We can enter the Note, if we have some. |
