Pricing Factors

Select Pricing Factors in the detailed cost estimation window where you will find the following tabs Semi-Finished Products, Materials and Operations. Here you can view data on items appearing in cost estimation. Some elements can be modified. Check indivudual panels to see which units can be changed and what does happen when making changes.

Semi-Finished Products

To view data on semi-finished products appearing in estimation open Semi-Finished Products panel. Besides general information of individual semi-finished product, the column of alternate is very significant. Here you can set valid alternate for semi-finished product, that is, which one was used in cost estimation. Whenever a valid alternate 0 is set for a specific semi-finished product yet you would like to use alternate 1 in cost estimation simply change it and click Refresh Data. Any changes you made will be committed. The alternate was changed if the S.A field is checked. To discard the changes you made delete the line and refresh data. This way you can also change the price (Price) and observe the change in the Price Change field. Although structure of components used in cost estimation of semi-finished product is still displayed, the manually changed price will eventually be used. To discard any changes you made delete the line and refresh data.

Here you can observe data on materials used in cost estimation. You can change the price (Price) if required. The change will be recorded in the Price Change field. To discard any changes you made delete the line and refresh data.

Here you can observe operations used in cost estimation and all the data related to them. You can manually change the pice (Price) by which you want to use in calculating cost. The change will be recorded in the Price Change field. After changing price the new one will be used in cost estimation regardless of the set method of valuation. To discard any changes you made delete the line and refresh data.
