Settings for Plan

To make the plan work properly, we need to set the following settings:

1. Settings on Fields

In Agricultural holding - Fields - Croa Areas we have to set at least Valid from date.

2. Creating EM - Expert model

If we want to plan crop production on crop area, we have to create Expert model (EM) first, because EM is the key to plan our work. How to create new EM or new version of EM, there is more on link for Expert model.

When creating EM, it is also important that we have set data for secondary category on Item also. Without these data, no data and no Expert models will be seen in Plan UI.

If we need new secondary category, we can create them in module Items Categories.

3. Expert models version state

In order to see EM version within plan it has to have determine status as Active.

4. Colored crops on gantt

In order to see colored CROP`s on gantt, a settings of Item`s Secondary category must be set, Image is needed.

a) When defined: color for secondary category and Item with no color (color code clDefault), CROP on gantt will be displayed according to Secondary category – Image settings.

b) When defined: color for Item and color for Secondary category (color code clDefault) CROP on gantt will be displayed according to Item – Image settings.

c) When defined: no colors for Item and colors for Secondary category. CROP on gantt will be displayed as occupied according to CROP in white color
