ToDo Filters

On the ToDo form there are varius filters available to narrow down a selection of tasks.

- search filter searches all fields in from the grid list: title, document, subject,...

The columns in the list contain the following data:

Assigned to	Select an user or multipe users by using button. Currently logged-in user is selected when ToDo form is opened.
Date from, Date to	Date of creation of a task. Searches by the filed Date ins. in grid list. Date from is set to 3 months by default. You can also use calendar to select dates from - to. Click on a single day or select multiple days from a calendar.
Owned by	Select an user or multipe users by using button. Currently logged-in user is selected when ToDo form is opened.
Priority	Select priority: High, Normal, Low.
Title	Insert text for title.
Task Desc.	Insert task text.
Calendar type	Select calendar type: Absences, To-do tasks, Travel Management or Workflow tasks. Use for multipe slection.
Task type	Select task type. Use for multiple selection.
Subject	Select Subject. Use for multiple selection.
	Clear all filter fileds.
Hide completed tasks	Check to hide all completed tasks and show only opened tasks. Parameter is by default enabled.
Show link document for documentation	If document in Documentation module has any linked documents, they can be desplayed by enabling this parameter. Parameter is disabled by default. After enabling a parameter, Search button is required. Only one linked document is displayed. If a document has multiple linked documents, first added linked document is displayed.
Only my tasks	Show only my tasks. Parameter is by default enabled.

To apply filter  button must be pressed.

There is also a filter based on tasks status: Outstanding tasks, tasks in Conflict, Not Started, Completed, In progress and Canceled.

By selecting any of status, filter is applied and selected tasks are displayed.
