Transfer of an asset from FA register in acquisition to regular register

Transfer of an Asset from Register of fixed Assets in Acquisition to Regular Register

We transfer fixed assets from register of FA in acquisition to regular when ready for use. We trigger procedure of transfer from the Status tab by using entry type 43 - Transfer to fixed asset register.

 

Total value of FA in acquisition will end as a purchase value of new FA.. You can channge % for transfer and you can see already transfered %

 

 

 

After transfer FA to register it only left to fulfill missing data of a new FA. We put new FA to use.

We get visible connection between FA in acquisition and active FA as shown bellow:

 

 

Mass Transfer to FA Register

Also mass transfer to FA register is possible. We approach the command by right mouse click from Status tab of FA in acquisition:

Mass transfer to FA register will join marked assets to one new asset. The new window is opened for all assets that don't have entry type 43 - Transfer to fixed asset register yet.  We need to fulfill missing data: FA Name, Group, Status... and transfer them to regular FA register.. Status for transfered FA in acquisition can be changed in right corner

 

In our case there are three inventory numbers to activate (002, 003 and 004) in new FA with inventory number 0018 and total value of 9.825,00.
