4L0 - Daily Plan

The 4L0 – Daily Plan report shows the reported data on the daily plan, according to the parameters chosen in the Daily Plan Report form.

You can open the report by selecting 4L0 –Daily Plan from the Daily Plan Report form, which can be opened by clicking on the (Reports) button in the toolbox of the Daily Plan form.

Below is a description of the form's features.

1. Information about the report

This section contains information about the report.

Daily plan

Displays the key of the daily plan on the report.

Date

Displays the date of the daily plan.

Shift

Displays the shift of the daily plan.

Superior

Displays the superior on the daily plan.

Company

Displays the company that the report was generated by.

User

Displays the user that generated the report.

Report generated

Displays the exact time when the report was generated.

Document Types

Displays the document types selected in the Document Types section of the Daily Plan Report form.

Date

Displays the time period for the report, selected in the Parameters section of the Daily Plan Report form.

Visible only if the parameter field is not empty.

Daily Plan

Displays the daily plan key selected in the Parameters section of the Daily Plan Report form.

Visible only if the parameter field was not empty.

Employee

Displays the employee selected in the Parameters section of the Daily Plan Report form.

Visible only if the parameter field was not empty.

Resource

Displays the resource selected in the Parameters section of the Daily Plan Report form.

Visible only if the parameter field was not empty.

Work Order

Displays the work order selected in the Parameters section of the Daily Plan Report form.

Visible only if the parameter field was not empty.

Operation

Displays the operation selected in the Parameters section of the Daily Plan Report form.

Visible only if the parameter field was not empty.

Item type

Displays the resource selected in the Item types section of the Daily Plan Report form.

Department

Displays the department of the daily plan.

Status

Displays the status of the daily plan.

2. Reported data of the daily plan

This section contains the data of the daily plan.

Resource

Displays the resource that the task is planned on.

Work order

Displays the WO key of the operation.

Product

Displays the product of the operation.

Line

Displays the line number of the operation.

Operation

Displays the ID of the operation.

Start

Displays the start time of the task.

End

Displays the end time of the task.

Time

Displays the amount of reported time on the task.

Quantity

Displays the reported quantity of produced products.

Employee

Displays the name of the employee on the task.
