4L1 - Material Requirements

The 4L1 – Material Requirements report shows all the material needed for the opeartions on the daily task, according to the parameters from the Daily Plan Report form.

You can open the report by selecting 4L1–Material Requirements from the Daily Plan Report form, which can be opened by clicking the (Reports) button in the toolbox of the Daily Plan form.

Below is a description of the form's features.

1. Information about the report

This section contains the information about the report.

Daily plan

Displays the key of the daily plan on the report.

Date

Displays the date of the daily plan.

Shift

Displays the shift of the daily plan.

Superior

Displays the superior on the daily plan.

Company

Displays the company that the report was generated by.

User

Displays the user that generated the report.

Report generated

Displays the exact time when the report was generated.

Document Types

Displays the document types selected in the Document Types section of the Daily Plan Report form.

Date

Displays the time period for the report selected in the Parameters section of the Daily Plan Report form.

Visible only if the parameter field was not empty.

Daily Plan

Displays the daily plan key selected in the Parameters section of the Daily Plan Report form.

Visible only if the parameter field was not empty.

Employee

Displays the employee selected in the Parameters section of the Daily Plan Report form.

Visible only if the parameter field was not empty.

Resource

Displays the resource selected in the Parameters section of the Daily Plan Report form.

Visible only if the parameter field was not empty.

Work Order

Displays the work order selected in the Parameters section of the Daily Plan Report form.

Visible only if the parameter field was not empty.

Operation

Displays the operation selected in the Parameters section of the Daily Plan Report form.

Visible only if the parameter field was not empty.

Item type

Displays the resource selected in the Item types section of the Daily Plan Report form.

Department

Displays the department of the daily plan.

Status

Displays the status of the daily plan.

 

2. Reported material requirements

This section contains data about material requirements.

Material

Displays the ID of the material required, from the Items register.

Name

Displays the name of the material required, from the Items register.

U/M

Displays the unit of measurement of the material required, from the Items register.

Planned Qty

Displays the planned quantity of the material.

Planned Scrap

Displays the planned quantity of the scrap produced.

Planned waste

Displays the planned quantity of the waste produced.

Total

Displays the total quantity of the material needed.
